Moving from one place to the next can be pretty taxing, to a lot of people . I have these heirloom pieces of furniture that I needed transported from Ipswich to London where my new home is and I needed to have it done right away. A friend of mine introduced me to this company called Anyvan which she claims to be the best possible solution to go, so I went ahead and checked it out. I was skeptical at first when she said the process was hassle free. Then I discovered how easy the process really was. I just basically posted the job that I needed done, alongside information concerning what needs moving, where you need it moved and the dates you want it done. And all the listing of your delivery is for free, no sign up fees, no nothing. After which I received emails from verified to be reliable transport companies with their quotes and all I needed to do was select the best one that fits my budget the most. Once I have chosen the company to do the job and accepted their offer, the process is done. All I needed to do was wait for the date of delivery and my treasured pieces were delivered right at my doorstep in perfect condition. My friend was right; Anyvan was indeed the best solution, if not the only solution to your delivery concerns. And as promise, I will share always share the good news.

I am a very busy person who owns a small business here in the UK and I barely have time to shop. Online stores have been my savior when it comes to buying clothes. However there’s just too many of them flooding the internet that it’s starting to take a bit of my time now to just go over their online rack. Until, I stumble upon ARK.co.uk. The thing is, I liked that they have a lot of everything that is hip, trendy and multi-functional at the same time.

Personally, I like to wear what is comfortable but I also definitely want to look chic. And in their line of clothing, my faves are the women’s midi dresses because they are just about every bit of what I wanted in a dress, both fab and comfy at the same time. I bought a couple of them from the site, like the Ark Black & Cream Tie Dye Heidi Midi Dress, and the Ark Multicoloured Norma Long Sleeved Bodycon Dress. The fabric is great and it has a bodycon style that hugs your contours in the right places.

You can style it, accessorize it and vamp your look however you want for any occasion. I use a formal vest over it with my pumps or stilettos on, and then I’m off to work. If I want to go casual, I pair it with a denim jacket and thong sandals, wedgies or just about anything. Aside from having affordable deals and discounts, they have free delivery and return options under certain conditions. So you can be sure that you get your money’s worth. And oh did I mention that they also have clothing that is absolutely gorgeous for your man? Check out their latest collection of men’s Superdry apparel . Fabulous clothes, pretty easy on the budget…perfect!

I live in a country where we enjoy the best of the tropical weather. The sand and the surf makes a holiday seemed perfect. Other than always getting excited to shop for a fashionable ski outfit I can wear , if there is one thing I enjoy the most when in vacation is to Ski. And what better way to do celebrate than to go on a grand vacation to a luxury ski holiday and experience the best skiing vacation in one of the world’s best chalets in Courchevel in France. Courchevel 1850 has deep rich history as it is the first resort ever built post WWII and it is known to be the best ski resort all over Europe. Its clientele says none the least but celebrities and royals who enjoy the 5 star treatment of the resort. It basically has the best in everything, from their ski lifts to having their own airport, top of the line amenities, excellent staff, superb food… you name it they have it.

Personally, I love staying at Chalet Montana. It is the ultimate representation of a crowning glory for Courchevel. It was built from age old timber and pure stone, that it has a rustic and cozy feel to it. It has a perfect location overseeing the snow capped mountains and the pine trees. Balconies are wide enough for you to enjoy the majestic view of the Alps. It can house as many as 10 guests and all of the rooms have their own ensuite facilities. It has a huge enough fireplace to warm the guests, food is divine and the staffs are very accommodating. More importantly, they have a wellness suite complete with Hammam, monsoon shower and Jacuzzi for you to rejuvenate your spirits and relax. You will definitely enjoy your stay there as it is epitome of luxury for a skiing holiday.

Advertising these days are just as overpowering as simply telling a kid food tastes great without actually tasting it. Presentation, the looks, visual solicitation means everything. Until, consumers finally become more aware of their choices and how these choices affect their lives as a whole. Not all advertisers care as much as what the public thinks or how these commercial campaigns affect them. Most just want to cater the whims of their clients who bring in the big bucks. But there is one who stands out and speaks the truth, and that is RPM Ltd. They not only create but they also encourage shopper engagement. By way of saying, they allow their consumers to take part of the campaigns they are promoting. For example, Reeboks revolutionary CrossFit campaign wherein they accommodated a community to enjoy the excitement of not just sports but fitness as a whole. Inculcating back into the minds of people from all walks of life, beyond age, beyond gender, how important being healthy is. That by and large, you don’t have to be a super athlete to go on and train. That being healthy goes beyond specializing and being boxed in a specific sport program or routine, Crossfitting as the word implies. And that is what Reeboks main objective is, which is to redefine what sports is and what it stands for in fitness. And I believe that RPM Ltd understood that and was able to do an excellent job at it.

I have a cousin who live in Portsmouth, UK and I’m planning to move there with her. I’m a writer , I landed a great opportunity to write for The Guardian UK in London weeks ago and so I had to start packing up everything and start a new life there. She have been living in Portsmouth all her life, she talks a lot of good things about London so I know I will enjoy living there . I have a lot of belongings that I can’t really take with me to London, as I am still to find a place of my own and settle. These things, they take a while and life in London can be pretty expensive. So I had to find a way to make sure that all my important belongings, my books actually are kept safe and secure. Thankfully I found Lok’nStore www.loknstore.co.uk at Portsmouth; they have the most reasonable rate in the area I should say. As far as their storage units goes, they don’t over price you and they are guaranteed to provide you with the suitable storage size that you need. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff that treats their customers well, so it makes things easy. Their storage rooms are rectangular in shape and are very clean. It has a painted concrete floor and the door has a padlock clasp on the outside for security purposes. And these units are well kept inside the company’s secure premises that have a 24 hour security system. All the packing will be easier on my part as they have extra services for the vehicle rental and insurance. You can actually get to use their trolleys or forklift trucks with qualified operators for free. I am pretty sure I will be at peace and able to work well in London knowing that all my life’s work and the books I wrote are in good hands with Lok’nStore.

You’ve got the perfect outfit selected; now all you need to do is complete the look by accessorising. Accessories are the cherry on top of a perfect outfit. The following article lists the essential items that you will need to complete your look this winter.

Scarf

Simple but sweet, a must have for every winter. There are two scarves that you must have hanging in your wardrobe not just for winter but all year round. A chunky knit is a great day time scarf, it makes you look and feel cosy. It’s a great way to compliment a casual outfit and add colour to your outfit. For the night time you will need a silk scarf. This creates an elegant feel. Choose one with a statement pattern; you want it to draw the eye and grab attention.

Head wear

This isn’t just stylish but also practical. This season you should go for a bowler hat or beanie… or both! The bowler is back with a vengeance, it’s a great way to add a bit of quirkiness to any outfit. This is a day or night hat and hero on bad hair days, be sure to keep one on standby. The beanie has been a staple for the winter season for years. It really is an essential. It’s available in every colour and pattern so all you have to do it take your pick. Pair it with a coat for a cool and casual winter look.

Coats

There are a variety of women’s jackets and coats available, take your time to find one that compliments your body shape. The classic blazer is a great way to professionalise any outfit or you can make your look more casual with a military inspired parka. Think about what style is going to be more useful for you.

Satchel

The satchel is back and it’s bigger than ever and I couldn’t be happier! You can get any size and any colour you like. Try to think versatile though when making your selection, you want a bag that goes with more than one outfit and can carry your everyday essentials. This bag is professional and preppy, the best of both worlds.

When reviewing these hot accessories consider what is going to compliment your already existing style. You want it to suit your attitude and personality. This will insure that you are comfortable in your look and therefore confident. There is not just one right way to pull off a trend, it is different for each individual so make sure to find items that you love.

In 2004, fashion designer Michael Kors released his own brand of timepieces. His use of Swarovski crystals and mother of pearl dials combined with various metals offer a wide variety of beautiful watches. These are some of the main factors attracting celebrities to Michael Kors watches. Listed below are just a few of the celebrities seen sporting their Kors watches.

Kim Kardashian – Jet Set Watch

When it comes to glitz and glam there is only one name that immediately springs to mind. Reality TV star and fashion guru Kim Kardashian, known for her love of fashion and jewellery, owns the Michael Kors Jet Set Watch. Contratsting the black face with water-resistant, gold-plated stainless steel and linked band, the Jet Set exudes style and class. This piece also features a date window and chronograph dials.

Jennifer Aniston – Rose Gold Bracelet

Friends and movie star Jennifer Aniston has often been featured in fashion magazines for her unique style. One of her favourite watches she’s been snapped wearing is the Michael Kors Rose Gold Chronograph Bracelet. This stunning chronograph is rose gold plated, including the face and bracelet. The face features a date window and chronograph dials, whilst the bezel is studded with a stone setting.

Victoria Beckham – Gold Over-sized Runaway Watch

Victoria Beckham, perhaps one of the most famous style gurus and fashion designers, has taken to the ‘boyfriend’ trend of over-sized watches. She’s been spotted wearing a gold Michael Kors Over-Sized Runaway watch. This glam and chic piece is chunky and makes a bold statement. The entire watch is made from gold PVD-plated stainless steel, including the bracelet. Water resistant up to 100 metres, its attractive face also offers with chronograph and date features.

Christine Bleakley – Mid-Size Horn Acetate and Golden Runaway

Britain’s TV darling, Christine Bleakley, mainly known for The One Show and being engaged to football star Frank Lampard, also wears a Michael Kors. She’s admired for her subtle approach to fashion and has been spotted on and off TV wearing her Mid-Size Horn Acetate Runaway. This attractive piece features a light champagne face with date window and chronograph dials. Made from golden stainless steel and horn acetate, including the bracelet, it’s water-resistant up to 5 metres.

Ashley Olsen – Golden Runaway With Glitz

Ashley, one half of the Olsen twin actress and designer train, loves her Michael Kors watches; she’s been seen sporting a few different models, the latest being the glitzy Runaway. The entire watch and bracelet is made from golden stainless steel. The face is golden brushed with golden accents. It features a three-hand movement, a date window and chronograph dials. Giving this piece its injection of glam, a crystal-set bezel and bracelet accents make this piece jump off your wrist.

Although these watches are relatively cheap compared to the luxury brands like Rolex, Omega and Cartier, Michael Kors has managed to attract wealthy celebrities and fashionistas simply from his application of elegance, style, glitz and glam. The ‘in’ watches at the moment are the over-sized ‘boyfriend’ style pieces, a trend Michael Kors has capitalised on and developed into many different looks.

Saving money for a rainy day is not always that easy, especially if you have had a few rainy days already that have made a dent in your finances. Daily living is more expensive than ever before which can make saving hard, but with a few minor adjustments to your spending and some smart thinking, saving can suddenly become a whole lot easier.

Meals

A lot of our money is spent on food but this is also an area where some of the biggest savings on your weekly budget can be made, so you can put more money away and occasionally treat yourself. Take a look at how you spend your money on food, do you really need that take-out pizza or the drive-thru meal? Buying processed ready meals and grabbing a take-out will cost you a lot more than preparing the food yourself and what you cook should generally be healthier anyway. Take the time to plan a few meals ahead and use ingredients like fresh fruit and vegetables, they will be cheaper and healthier, meaning that you can save some serious money and feel better about yourself too.

Compare before you buy

Many companies profit from our laziness or even sometimes ignorance that a better deal for the same item can easily be found, so try not to buy items, especially expensive bigger ticket items or even regular purchases like gas, without shopping around and seeing if you can get a better deal elsewhere. Take advantage of price comparison sites and search the item you are interested in to see where you can buy it for the least amount of money. Shopping around for the best deal on as many items as possible is a great way of saving money and being able to put some more aside in your savings.

Energy costs

The cost of heating our homes is not going to get cheaper anytime soon so you need to fight back against rising prices and try to improve the energy efficiency of your home by doing want you can to use less energy. Basic measures such as turning down the thermostat just a notch or two will automatically reduce your bill, also look at weather-proofing or insulating your home, using any government based incentives or cash help that might be available in your area. A little bit of cash spent on improving the energy efficiency of your home will help you to save a lot of dollars over the longer term.

Entertainment

We have all need some entertainment or a fun night out to let off some steam and have a good time but you can still make some savings without spoiling your enjoyment. Try downloading a rental movie rather than going to the cinema, you will still be treating yourself to a great film but won’t spend nearly as much, even if you get a few snacks to have on the couch, they will be cheaper that cinema prices.

Coupons

Some people can’t get enough of coupons and other people think it is way too much hassle to collect coupons just to save a few cents. Using coupons and vouchers is a great way of saving money so just be selective about what you use and take advantage of any deals being offered by your favorite companies. If you really want to treat yourself to a meal out, why not go on the night where you have a coupon giving you two meals for the price of one or free desserts? Storing 10 packets of your usual cereals because they are half price is probably a false economy and a lot of cereal to get through, so just use coupons to get what you want, but at a cheaper price, which will mean you can put the savings you made away for that rainy day.

Saving money can be easy, you just need to develop some savvy habits which work, without really noticing any change in your living standards.

I used to think that going after a bargain means going after something that is of low in quality. I used to think that buying low cost products such as clothes or shoes or any type of accessory just to name a few, connotes a substandard level and that these products are not meant to last. Until, I found this magnificent online website Wholesale4s.com that specializes in the manufacture of men and women’s clothing, as well as shoes and accessories. I found tons of beautifully designed cheap dresses that are crafted from the highest quality materials of delicate chiffon and lycra. To be specific, I got caught up with this elegantly printed chiffon white maxi dress. It is oh so pretty, and it flows perfectly.

This dress is ultra chic and comfortable, the cloth breathes easy on my skin. The colors of soft blue, orange and green are so vibrant, you could basically dress it up for almost any occasion. You can put on a denim jacket over, to go casual or, use it as it is with your favorite Christian Louboutin’s and voila! You are good to go on the red carpet and strut the runway. So who says in vogue needs to be expensive?!

Hello, lovelies! I hope you all having an amazing week. You sure know I am sucker for sunglasses/frames and I’ve always loved Firmoo frames, they are stylish and great quality. Anyways, I am so happy to announce that Firmoo is going to have another awesome giveaway and is thrilled to be featured again on my pretty blog here. Several days ago Firmoo contacted me to collaborate with them because they are giving out free glasses and would like me to spread the great news to you! I am so glad to share it with you here as it is a wonderful chance for those who need glasses! You can’t believe your eyes? Yes, it is totally free for you! Frame + Lenses + Shipping = $0!

How long have you kept your current glasses? I can bet for most of you the last time you bought a new pair of glasses is three years ago or longer. It is highly suggested by professional ophthalmologists that you should have a yearly eye exam and replace your glasses regularly to ensure your eye health. If your prescription has changed but you still wear the old prescription eyeglasses, you are in high-risk of deteriorating your vision.

So are you thinking about getting a pair of new glasses but worried it would cost you an arm and a leg? Head over to http://www.firmoo.com/z/blogger-crazy-giveaway.html and get your free glasses now!

Luke and I have been going out for about a year now and everything seems perfect. He is everything I have ever dreamed a partner would be. It was the first of spring 2010, the day we made it to our first year and right under the cherry blossom tree, he gave me this box. I remember it very well, wrapped in a pink ribbon, a tiny elegant box. As I opened it, there I saw two rings, they are said to be infinity promise rings, and it was the sweetest gesture I have ever experienced from anyone. He made an effort to go online and search for what he called the search of a lifetime J and found this wonderful online jewelry shop JewelOcean.com that made everything possible.

I checked out the website and there are a slew of exquisite jewels from infinity rings to infinity engagement rings and many other dainty baubles. For a simple man like my Luke to go through all those selections, I must admit what a sweet man he is. Both rings were engraved with a special message of love and dedication towards one another and it was set on silver, so romantic.

Two years passed, and still going strong, he surprised me over dinner with another box, still elegantly wrapped, nothing much to hide of what’s inside. My heart stopped when I opened it and saw this beautiful infinity engagement ring that he has for me. He asked me to marry him with a giant sparkler! And yes, he got it from Jewel Ocean still… It was so not him since he is a very humble man and I am so surprised at his grand gesture. I never thought he would even dare to buy such an expensive jewelry, but it was definitely worth it. It was a 1.5 Carat Three Stone Halo Style Round Diamond Engagement Ring made on 10k White Gold. It was so beautiful and pristine like the love we both share.

- And so the months have passed, and on the first of spring this year we wed under the cherry blossom tree where we started our promise of forever. He gave me this 2 Carat Eternity Princess cut Diamond Band, a classic that will last through the years, like the love, the loyalty, and respect we’ll share for a lifetime. What can I say, I am one lucky girl!

In this fast-paced world, women consider wearing kitten heels, ankle boots, and even sky-high stilettos as part of being extravagant. Hollywood star Marilyn Monroe once said “I don’t know who invented high heels, but all women owe him a lot!” And I couldn’t agree more! Not only that it makes you look taller, it unbridles your confidence which makes you look very sexy. Some may say they never have enough shoes even if their walk-in closets could already be mistaken as department stores. Well, the best part of wearing these kinds of shoes is that even when you don’t feel like putting on your corporate or runway wardrobes, you can just team them up with your casual outfits and would still look classy.

But the cons can be tormenting. We women may not mind feeling the uneasiness and would even choose style over comfort. But aren’t we tired of getting the friction blisters on our feet? This is caused by momentary contact between our skins and shoes. The most common condition is when we buy a new pair of shoes that don’t fit seamlessly into the ball of the foot area of any of our high heel footwear. This may even get us stinging cuts on our heels/ankles. It’s time to equipoise elegance and ease. Foot Petals shoe cushion will deliver, sustain, relieve, and provide better fit for all our shoe needs.

Ever had that experience when you spend hours in a fitting room, trying to find that perfectly fit blue jeans? I know I have… it is the single most distressing experience, I promise you. It is either you got the perfect blue color, but the fitting sucks. It is either too loose or too tight, that you feel you could not move or breathe. Such a depressing feeling to be self conscious that the buttons would just pop out any minute. And because of this I often end up not having to buy at all. In over 10 years, I only have 3 pairs of my reliable blues and they basically are nearing their end. I am starting to believe that there isn’t that much blue jeans manufactured all over the world for my particular size and form.

And so, I tried my luck online and found one of the well known wholesale jeans suppliers from China named Guangzhou Daoghenglong Garment . They have been in the industry since 2004 and they specialized in all kinds of denim apparel for both sexes and of course kids as well for 8 years now. What a miracle worker, I just love their womens jeans so much that I bought a dozen simply because they are affordable. They have a collection of the latest hip trends and designs. Aside from the 5 basic pockets, the material is a mixture of both cotton and spandex so it fits just right and comfortable to wear. No more of the too tight, too lose, too long kind of horrendous fitting. The color, the make is just classy. It definitely looks good on any woman and I am so thankful, they are my Jeans Angels now. Finally my reliable blues can retire… what a savior! I am one happy customer, that’s for sure.

I have always believed in the saying that first impressions last and I have tried to live my ways through those words. Everything that I do, say or even wear breathes those lines. I have been conscious of the way I present myself that it has been a challenge for me to find the right clothes to wear, as I am a little more than a plus 2 size frame kind of gal. To find that perfect ladies apparel for a formal event or for a romantic date is just too much of a hassle for me. Until, I came across these pretty delicate ladies dress from Modern Bridge International which is based in Guangzhou, China. They have these what they call ladies bodycon dress, I guess taken from the word body contour, as these clothes just magically transforms your natural shape into one fabulous package. I bought one of their latest creations of ladies dress online through www.dresses.tradekey.com.

It’s a Bodycon Dress with a mixture of red orange and green Aztec design prints, long sleeves and black back strips. It gives you that edgy look that makes you feel confidently beautiful. I love the way the knitted fabric embraces my body, it is Anti-static and simply puts everything in their right place. The material is made from stretch cotton and polyester thus it allows my skin to breathe and is non-irritant plus it is wrinkle free. You can place an order online in various sizes, colors and style. These ladies garments are very affordable and of good quality. Definitely the way to go to be Figure Fab!

When you think of Ireland, you instantly think open fields sprinkled with woolly sheep, cloudy skies above, a rainbow flung across it and a pot of gold at the end. Ireland these days isn’t all about its leprechauns and pots of gold as fashion dominating the upbeat streets of the Clover land is typically what they call “less is more”. With giant apparel retailers hitting the fashion industry in Dublin, it’s no surprise Ireland offers what the rest of the fashion forward world is wearing.

Here are some of the top picks for an Irish look in spring/summer 2013:

Suedes and Floral combos

Even though in a city, there’s no harm in dressing up for a stroll out in the pastures. Put on a light shade floral skirt with a cheese cloth top. Wanting to give it a little dairy maid look? Slip into a suede camel vest and suede boots. The lighter colors will look great for this season along with softer materials.

You can glam the look with a tinge of dark eye makeup and your hair done up or hanging in loose curls. Chunky gold embellishment looks best with softer shades, so spark up your evening look with a metallic wrist band or a thick gold chain.

Tribal jackets

Tribal jackets look great on most occasions, while not over or under doing your look, but making it just right. For some of you who always take off the last thing they put on, you won’t be doing it in this case.

For the Stylin Irish look, go with a green, white and brown tribal jacket. Wear it over any colored jeans; even the grey tights compliment the jacket so well. Make sure the bottoms are plain monochrome; otherwise with the tribal print and the multi colored pants, you’ll look what my Granny would call a jigsaw puzzle. You could even wear it on top of a white or mint green dress.

Embellish your look with a thick brown waist belt and matching foot wear; sandals or boots, whatever your feet feel like slipping into.

Printed Pants

Printed pants are walking the fashion streets this season. With temperatures rising, try on ankle high printed pants and compliment these with a plain light shade button down shirt or go classic white with the look. A T-strap peep toe would look great on the ankle high pants.

The Irish would cherish a cream and brown combination with a tinge of green; you just can’t look Irish without the green. Try out beige pants and a cream top, and lime green shoes along with a belt. Take liberty with the hand bag lass, but there’s no harm in going with a beige satchel.

Clover Jewelry

I chanced to hop over to a hip pub on St. Pat’s day a few weeks ago; love the spirit with everyone all loyally displaying the clover. It got me thinking that the clover is the perfect cherry on the cream top of your appearance.

Wear it as a pendent or studded earring, even a brooch looks great on practically everything. If you’re unsure, check out the fashion forwards peeps strutting to work and college with clovers on their briefcases and their book satchels; they look fantastic.

Overall, keep it simple, keep it natural and keep it green. The Irish in you will jump out instinctively.
