International fashion is out of this world and I am getting jealous of the new styles that are coming out of cities that are Mecca’s for designers. Europe of course has always been known with shows in Milan and Paris. Now the East Asian countries are really starting to come into their own. South Korea is quickly becoming one a leader in new and unique fashion design.

Schools in Australia in their big cities like Sydney or Melbourne are filled with aspiring designers from their countries and others. A friend of mine there was applying to get in and the waiting list was massive. Ha-ha, you know as an aside that same friend turned me onto an excellent website there that I absolutely love! It is such an excellent concept and they do it so well! I wish I could steal their website because it is done in such a fashionable way. They are an online store for gift baskets and have the cutest name “The Complete Basketcase”. The cool thing is they way they come up with last minute gifts that you can send anywhere. Lots of yummy stuff!

Ok sorry, back to fashion. China has long been taking over all the production of clothing in the world and the recognition that designs from surrounding countries are coming to the forefront in the fashion world in my opinion strengthens the industry. Now clothes can be made inexpensively but still with really good quality for more people to enjoy than ever!
