Meet Alexander McQueen’s Fashion

Alexander McQueen a product of the London fashion scene recently participated in Fashion Week Paris with his spring 2010 line. His influence was the aquatic and his clothing gave the impression of looking up through the water at sunlight with its interesting prints. I was not impressed by the hair styling which was done to imitate fins or something. However the patterns were interesting and new. The shoes were infinitely weird and funky so you got to love them.
Alexander has been a rock star in fashion for the past ten years as his company was bought up by the Gucci Group and now he is the Creative Director. His fashion design is heavily influenced by his British tailor roots and French cutting and the fine finishing of Italian design houses. Check him out!

I love the dresses! Not too crazy about the hairstyles either though. I’ll admit it’s creative, but I’m not sure how anyone would actually pull it off in the real world. The shoes are certainly original! But again, not sure they’re really meant for the real world.

The heels looks like a piece of art! They are stunning, BUT are they comfy? They make me scared! Are people suppose to wear those on the streets?
The choices of materials, colors and accessories are perfect!

I love the clothes but sometimes there’s too much going on, you don’t know where to look.. the shoes! OMGosh! hats off to the models who were able to walk in those…

wow girl. my heart beats fast when i saw these shoes. goodness, they’re all beautiful. remnds me of how i love shoes. i love the one at the right most. and for the dress, ill take the one at the right too. great finds.

wow…..those shoes are def creative. I cant believe that those models can walk in them. they look really uncomfortable…
